01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the winhq ph platform — whether through the website at winhqph.app or through the mobile app — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete registration and is ongoing for as long as you hold an active account.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register or continue using winhq ph. We recommend reading the full document before you create your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility and Age Requirement

winhq ph is available only to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

03 Account Registration and Responsibility

Each player may hold only one account on winhq ph. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is not permitted and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances held across those accounts.

• Deposits must come from a payment account or method in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

• Deposit processing times depend on your chosen method. Bank transfers may take longer to reflect than e-wallet transactions. winhq ph is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

If a deposit is credited to your account in error, you must inform support as soon as possible. Using funds that were deposited in error before reporting them may result in account action.

05 Withdrawals and Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso to a payment method registered in your name. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to complete our identity verification (KYC) process. This includes submitting a valid government-issued ID and may include additional documentation depending on your transaction history.
